Religious conflicts are much more complicated then "all religions say we should love humanity so all religious conflicts are irrational and unjust".
As you probably well know, Christianity and Judaism share many of the same original texts, with Christianity building upon "old testament" Jewish works. But there are many different practices, beliefs, and interpretations which set them far apart. I am not personally religious but to say that Judaism boils down to loving your neighbor is absurd. Go listen to lectures by actual Rabbis to learn more about their beliefs.
