Yes and no… federal taxes other than social security are not taken from individuals unless they are US federal employees and they get the same SS benefits as us… it appears though that employers and corporations still have to pay federal taxes though, and at least some of them probably have lobbying power… but most the territories do have their own income taxes that are modeled after the federal system
