there are a bunch of them in the book, i just did a search in the book to find hands/fingers only to find its considered an outdated method. Haven’t read the recommended ones yet, but going to look into that today

i had some lucid dreams in my life
but i didnt really push for it
most of the time (during this few lucid dreams) i knew i sleep
but i couldnt do anything
just watch at what happend during the dream
this is considered a lucid dream but a weaker variant. Full control is most fun.
