Sending 1 sat zaps is very awkward and unprofitable

Usually have to pay a 1 sat base routing fee (100% fee)

Hopefully the channel doesn't close and lose that 1 sat that flowed into your balance

The relay now stores this note and pays bandwidth to everyone who wants to count it.
