Greetings from the German resistance: "What we must and will tackle in 2026 is the issue of de-banking. Dissenters and opposition figures in Europe are having their accounts systematically closed in order to exclude them from economic and social life and destroy them economically.

This is not, as the banks claim, a harmless exercise of their freedom of contract, but rather a cartel organized by the state banking supervisory authority, in which the state abuses its supervisory power over the banks and, with the implicit threat of disadvantages, forces them to close the accounts of unwelcome citizens, thereby effectively disenfranchising them financially.

In their termination letters and account refusals, the banks hide behind vague wording, terms and conditions, and general freedom of contract in order to conceal their own liability for this violation of antitrust and anti-discrimination laws.

In fact, we know that there are blacklists of people who have not committed any violations of applicable law and that these lists are maintained in systems that are centrally operated by the industry to implement banking supervisory "compliance."

Since this is a state-organized cartel, this attack on economic existence is a criminal act, the instigators of which sit in the government and in banking supervision, and the perpetrators of which sit on the boards of banks.

In 2026, we will attack this cartel head-on with legal, journalistic, and other legitimate means on the international stage, including claims for damages in American courts against banks, supervisory authorities, and governments.

We will also name the managers, government officials, and companies that enable these practices through the operation of certain systems. They can all look forward to not only having their illegal activities exposed to the public eye, but also having the names of those responsible made public. Having an account or not will then be the least of these system henchmen's problems.

To all of them I say: This Christmas will have been their last peaceful Christmas until the mischief of de-banking has been stopped and those responsible have been removed from their positions."
