He would be a "threat."

He would violate regulations, use the wrong words, heal the wrong people, and refuse to confirm the correct morality on a form.

Jesus was not a left-wing redistributor.

He was not a state utopian.

He was not a friend of collective coercive happiness.

He did not force anyone to follow him.

He let people go. Always.

And that is precisely what is unbearable for statists.
