https://ppq.ai/ allows you to pay with lighting to get a couple of queries. You can try a bunch of models if need be. And indeed you can always try https://www.deepl.com/en/translator as mentioned

These days I just go with ChatGPT, does a good job also at technical texts and is much more context aware than Google Translate and similar told
