I wanted to use NIP-94 tags to add Author and Host as well as license information to each media url. Clients could then render the image and add a little picture of the author on top of it with license information. Zapping the picture could them be a zap split between all parties.

It would be amazing if there was some way to create temporary wallets that collect sats on someone’s behalf so they earn without even knowing (yet). Then they’d somehow claim the sats. Or does that cross into a grey area? I honestly don’t know.

Probably not possible, but I am not a lawyer! 🐶🐾🤷

Ya sounds complicated in all sorts of ways

The hard part is to verify the authenticity of the claim afterwards. Everybody will try to claim it because there is money in it. The bigger the pot, the bigger the work.

In fact, MJ free users are required to credit the author as per their TOS. That would have been great, if NIP-94 had this provisions. Like specifying license and the other. 🐶🐾🫡

Nice! Thats the type of guidance we can put into the app with a nice UI.

Yes! 🐶🐾🙏🏻

But what if people just take a screenshot? Then all this work is useless.

I wish there was a hash for images which is Screenshot and crop resistant. It doesn't have to be be 100% accurate, just enough to tell the users that maybe what he is seeing belongs to someone else

Great idea!
