There was a graph showing the explosion of inscriptions starting a couple years ago and then the decline of their volume on-chain to today that i saw recently, but now I can't find it.

Oh well according to this the trend isn’t at all what the other person who posted the graph I remember was suggesting… 🤔

Thanks, I might have to rework my plan with this. Maybe the chart was about fees, and not inscription volume which is what was implied.
