I appreciate the premise.

My views are hard won and refined over many years, not picked up and assimilated in the last five minutes.

If I can do the work then so can the person I'm speaking to.

Also applies to all this ai book summary stuff, while it's good for a soundbite or a sense of whether to read the book... you still need to read the book and engage with the ideas, letting neuroplasticity happen at the right pace.
