Fees are still pretty low. Iād much rather they raise fees than go out of business.
Spread has tightened significantly as well, down to basically 10bips from what I see most of the time, vs the old 80-90bip average spread with no fees, the so the lowest tier has increased by 10-20bips but the middle tiers are essentially unchanged or even better priced than previous, with the whale buyers getting a discount to the old spread model.
Sure, but let's be equally critical of strike going back on its word about zero fees as we are of Coinbase for going back on its word about implementing lightning
