Fucking crushed 8 reps and had to drop it in a full gym during ninth rep 😂 Haven’t touched this weight in squats without a belt in almost four years. Mindgames work.

💪 at 50y, I now focus on muscle failure and don't go >100 for squats (hopefully still >my bodyweight)

I totally get that. Definitely not worth it, especially if theres pain or previous injuries
