Paying a property tax of 2% in the state of Texas for example on a home valued at 750k will cost you in upwards of over a million dollars over 40 years.

Seriously, contemplating moving to an island where property tax is not a thing. There aren't too many countries that do, but if you were going to have a home base, it would be nice to be sovereign at the least.

Our goal is to not have a dwelling. Have a bad ass tiny house that's not a "permanent structure". And foster bees for an ag exemption.

It's hard in normie land, but we talk to the kid about all the things we wish we'd done differently and frequently refer to him as our time machine because he can do them the first time through. I just hope a fraction of it sticks 🤞🤞

Teaching him about inflation, involving the government as little as possible, and privacy. Tuttle Twins has some great episodes that help make sense of some of this, we'll watch an episode and talk about the topic a bit more.

Basically your dollars aren't worth anything, they keep printing more and that causes so many far reching problems.
