DOES ANYBODY KNOW how to kill a grown rooster if you know jack shit about that, holding an axe and want it to be most humane and quick thing possible?

Many ways to do the job. An axe to the neck will suffice. The deaths throes will be intense so either let me go and flop around or fully restrain him in a cone or similar
