If you're short of money, stop taking on new projects and focus on monetizing existing ones. Get ads, notifications, and feed curation going on iOS. Get cash flowing.
Worry about Android later. If you don't cash flow, you die. That should be priority number 1, and building Android puts you no closer to that end.
