I'd be totally in favor of open borders if, in as part of the deal, we also get rid of all forms of welfare. I feel like if we did, the "border crisis" would just solve itself.
I don’t know.
Living on welfare in the US is in not what people in other countries aspire to.
And the internet and its borderless existence give more power to humans and enables them to live their true free selves.
Open borders are all fun and games until the Vikings show up.
