Gm y'all!

I'm not done with my morning sleep yet. At least I hope not.

I plan to go jogging some time today for the first time in a long time. The other piece of puzzle for fixing my muscle soreness/inflammation. It's about time.

I kept saying that the 5 months I was on carnivore diet in late 2019 to early 2020 is the only time I was completely symptom-free, but the truth of the matter is that that was not the only thing that happened during that time.

I was also in the gym almost every day doing weight training and all the key people in my life was around me, albeit a lot of problems. Shutdown made them not able to leave me/"escape", haha!!! Get that around your head: a big silver lining I guess.

Maybe after all, the biggest health factor for me is safety and security and my stress level in association with it.

Hope y'all have a stress-free Monday!! πŸ’–πŸ’–

Good morning Joy! I totally relate to what you said about our health and stress level and having our "key people" around. Have great jogging session. Wishing you a wonderful day! πŸ’œβ€οΈ

Good morning ✌️🧑

Same here! I have a good friend here encouraging me on the road to eating for a symptom free life. Mine included cold water therapy which helped with anxiety and pain management. Have a great run!

Some good advice from Laura Spath which I'm trying to incorporate is "you can stay carnivore for one day" and that's all you do. One day is far easier than an endless eternity. πŸ’œ be well!!

Thank you!

Cold anything is not for me. πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

I like her approach. Pretty much realized that's what I need to do with almost everything: just take one step at a time and not freak myself out or overwhelm myself by thinking how hard it's gonna to be to do something everyday and forever.
