Only when I'm stuck in one.
I get put on hold more often, nowadays. Everyone is short on staff.
The AI stuff gets me quite far along, usually, and then I have ONE WEIRD ANSWER and it's 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
I am privileged here abroad. The bot says press 9 for English and I am immediately connected to a real human being while my wife usually enjoys the elevator music for a long time before she can go through a complicated listening and pressing numbers procedure.

yeah, i can't tell if it's not helping me work actually... every so often i bump into one track with a tick tock beat, something like 50-70BPM and start to wonder if i would be better off buying a grandfather clock and move to an old wooden house where the sound will resonate just so
