It has an oil heater from the 90s and you need a β¬200k down-payment and fees, to get the loan.
It's like. π€¦π»ββοΈ
Just imagine having β¬200k in cash and not buying Bitcoin with it.

The median male wage is under β¬50k gross. π
Why not β¬1M? Appealing to filters I guess?
Yeah, they always have "maximum amount".
Jokes on them, I've been specifically looking for cow village houses at or below β¬998k. Losers!!!
Yes, just wanted to say, why donβt we set filters at β¬986β812.64?

We have all these city people coming here, thinking, "Oh, it's so rustic!" π€© and dropping a fortune on houses, and then they run away again within a few years.
Yes my Cousin and her husband did exactly that π bought a nice house in the countryside, he commuting like 50 miles (single way) to work every day.
Just to become annoyed by "the farmers" after 2-3 years. Disliking that they "run their tactors every weekend just to show of and for fun" and the "population being so conservative".
Literally.
I mean, that's why you move to the countryside in the first place, if you're not a degenerated hipster like my cousin.
They finally moved to "the Town" last year.
