I made a grounding sheet for my work desk foot stool. It’s amazing. I have facial nerve damage with constant pain, the grounding sheet removes the pain almost instantly. I now walk around outside barefoot as much as I can.

How did you make one? Are there instructions online?
OMG there’s tons of info on YouTube. I bought some sheeting on Amazon, originally for some RFID blocking pouches I was making, but as it’s essentially a very fine copper mesh it’s super conductive.
It’s essentially a folder sheet, sewn around the edges, with a copper grommets affixing a wire that has a plug on the end with only the ground connected. Super easy. Can take a photos later if you want.
This was the fabric I used. https://amzn.to/42RCqfp
I'm also curious about this, too!
I sleep with an arm under my pillow (TMI) and have a small grounding sheet under my pillow that allows me to be grounded while I sleep. It’s a game changer.
That's smart! And probably less expensive than a full bed sheet.
It wasn’t so much the price as the feel and effectiveness. To work it really has to touch your skin. So that means laying directly on the metal mesh sheet or an alternative. Having it touch my arm all night didn’t feel any different and kept the sheet in place.

I got one for my desk as well. I've been making a real effort to be barefoot when the weather permits. A solid hour and I feel a real difference.
