I don’t, but in many cases this is not possible. At least for WhatsApp.
I also use Signal, the only problem I have that they have shitcoin on platform...

I would love to not use it, and I do use Signal primarily, but as I am working a lot in African countries - everyone is using WhatsApp here and nothing else. Sadly a result of internet costs and subsidies paid by Meta. WhatsApp is free or the cheapest option.
