I'm parasite free for sure since I had to go through a lot of testing when I first started having issues years ago. Idk about Candida though. TL:DR; from doctors was "IBS" ie. we don't know but it isn't a known allergy or disease related.

I think I need to somehow make my eating day calories around ~4200 to average 2100 a day. That would probably keep my weight stable. I just can't figure out how to shove 4200 calories into a single meal (while keeping it pleasant).

To eat so many calories is challenging. What are very good sources are: peanut butter and any other nut butter (from almond, cashew, sesame, etc.), also cold pressed oils, avocado, nuts and seeds and fruits. Smoothies help to get quite an amount of calories in the body.

Also would be good for sure to eat fermented foods.

At the end, you are your best adviser as you feel what's good for you and what not.
