Question:

Answer:

a) You can't patent whole foods made by nature, so chemical companies do what they do best and make a toxic concoction of chemicals, bribe the FDA, and market it as πŸ˜‰foodπŸ˜‰

b) Close ties to the government/money-printer == unlimited marketing budget to brainwash people into thinking real food is bad, and to eat their industrial sludge instead

THEN THEY SAY MEAT/BUTTER/EGGS ARE WHAT'S CAUSING SKYROCKETING OBESITY, WHEN IT LITERALLY STARTED THE MOMENT THEY BEGAN THIS PROCESS 🀣🀣🀣

Basically, they think you're fucking stupid.

Bogus false equivalencies as far as the eye can see.

And I've met literal NUTRITIONISTS who fall for these traps, because they don't understand that the majority of these "studies" are fully-funded by chemical corporations, for the express purpose of spinning a narrative that will help them push more product.

Follow Calley Means on socials to learn more about that, he explains the corruption much better than I can.

Easiest rule of thumb in the world to follow:

Real food = GOOD

Fake food = BAD

Anything trying to confuse you out of this common-sense guideline is either trying to sell you something, or fooled by someone who is.

Paul Saladino is a great contributor to exposing these bogus studies. Before the 1950's butter, meat, and eggs were proven (though not necessary to prove with centuries of evidence) to be superior foods.

Preach!

I somehow read this with a Texas accent in my head and it made it even cooler πŸ˜‚πŸ™

The more expensive the product, the better it has to be. ☝🏼

Great note for all to read and reconsider all of what you've been told is actually nutritious and what isn't. Thanks nostr:npub1qqvt0m3nlvjnssmrn33w9yh7cuq2dx5nkz8wxax9hk5hrjdnj4jqz8cn3w for this thought provoking note
