i remember the research the Path social platform did for with connections in the 2000s. They determined the ability to maintain meaningful connections drops off for most people after 150.

I've been on for about the same time. There's a lot of content, but I would clap and cheer for more girlypop stuff 🤷
i’m sure they are out there. discovery on nostr is not as easy but a bit more organic imo
