America’s dumb are just easier for the rest to see because they get paraded around by your media for everyone’s amusement. The Indians and the Chinese seem very smart because the ones ending up in the West are the smart ones. When you actually go there, you get to witness their dumb too.

That being said, Trump going around boasting how he settled it between “Aberbaijan and Albania” doesn’t help.
