I have Not bought KYC for the last Few years. I dont consider Bisq, Robo sats etc to be KYC free either. I made a point of going to EVERY BTC meet in my AREA. And have had a steady supply of BTC for Cash. Proper P2P Satoshi's way.

The main reason is that both Bisq and RoboSats have to process fiat currencies. Handling fiat, even indirectly, introduces KYC/AML requirements that they must adhere to. Yes Cash, Sell Stuff , Get Paid for it.. etc But to above. The Bank links are enough for me. You are KYC'd at your Bank.
