It might not be easy to find. I couldn’t find it in Blue Wallet, but here’s how it looks in Nunchuk for example. 
So that is your own node then? Or a random stranger?
That’s Nunchuk’s node. I think all wallets provide a default (most likely their own).
As another example, here’s how it looks in Sparrow desktop. They provide a good article explaining the tradeoffs when getting set up.
