? It's just a protocol. There is no standard implementation, just standard message formats. Are you suggesting it's hard to implement your own?

Protocols have proper methods of interaction and there should be a list of approved libraries to aid in development. I dislike the trans of developers writing docs for themselves, rather than the onboarding of new developers. Code comments are for seasoned devs, imo.
