I love in Delaware state. There is a guy that researched the state constitution, in order to teach it. Every time he speaks with any state senator or representative, he ends up having to correct them on our rights, their duty, and mostly their restrictions. Elected officials don't even know the basics of any constitution, never mind the laws they vote for.
Programming classes are a joke these days. I'm helping a student who hasn't even been told about git, told to use pyCharm (a crappy GUI ide that can't even push to self hosted git on initial load & costs $250/yr), and hasn't been taught about functions yet.

Protocols have proper methods of interaction and there should be a list of approved libraries to aid in development. I dislike the trans of developers writing docs for themselves, rather than the onboarding of new developers. Code comments are for seasoned devs, imo.
