Nothing that's dedicated to bug bounties, only job classifieds.
Not yet. Underlying problem is figuring out how money should be held in the intermediary.
Too centralized and it doesn't fit the spirit of nostr so well, but if it's truly decentralized it could be used to put hits on people which isn't good
