Hiking to the top of Mount Whitney and back in 19 hours without acclimation to the altitude. 22 miles round trip 6100 ft elevation gain to 14.5k ft peak. Tallest in contentintal US.
Followed Win Hof method to avoid altitude sickness. Big deep inhale and fast exhale even when I didn't feel out of breath.
