If you zap yourself we'd see it. You'd have to do it from an alt. If it's an account that is new or old or looks spammy, that would also be an indicator.

And yeah you could check the 'realness' (for lack of a better term) of a profile I suppose.
But most people would just see the zapped amount and judge it off that.

Not really an issue if you're creating burner nostr accounts to scam newbies.
Something to think about as this evolves.
There will almost certainly be a "zap summary" reply bot somewhere that gives you that information. "This person has been top zapped by the same user X 10 times"
