Decisions can only be made by the owner of the property.

Actually let me correct myself- “democracy” DOES work.
It “works” by tricking you into believing that you have some kind of control over government. You don’t.
But the government exploits your belief and willing participation in the system to rob, abuse, extort, murder, traffic, destroy people all around the world and especially its own citizen slaves.
That’s why I “hate” democracy.
