Excerpt from chapter 3 of THE NATURE OF REALITY: TRUTH & THE END OF HUMAN SUFFERING

"The more you love, accept, and like reality the more you love, accept, and like yourself. When you love reality you love the One in whom it resides, and therefore you love yourself. It is when you love yourself that you can then love other people. You can’t sustainably love other people if you don’t love yourself. Therefore, if you resist reality you are lowering your chances to obtain and maintain healthy and loving relationships. That is not a smart choice. A smarter choice is to notice what’s most real about yourself, other people, and your context and then make choices given that information which lead to more clarity, meaning, and purpose. But taking offense at reality will lead no place good."
