Is there an app with the WEB then? The Light from F-Droid only has 1611 and 2000 translations of the KSV.

It’s on a lot of proprietary apps and websites, there are links on the official site to several online browser versions.

The reason most FOSS apps don’t have it is probably because they don’t know about it. It’s popular in niche circles, but obscure overall.
