As much as I would love to reduce inequalities overnight, I feel that trying to overcorrect via government intervention or regulation can further perpetuate division and prejudice. It's a complicated matter I guess 💗
100%. Hated schools reaching out because of my last name while applying. I wanted to earn everything on my own merit, not be given a soft acceptance on low expectations because I’m part Hispanic or a member of some group. Don’t want or need any handouts.
