Good luck, Luna! It can take up to a year for the receptor-downregulation to be fully reversed.

I gave up coffee once, but I took it up again when I realised I'd lose my 9-5 if I was always drowsy in the mornings. Hopefully you have a more useful natural sleep-wake cycle!

I am very curious about the change in sleep patterns. I used to drink coffee until late in the evening. I then go to bed late and always get up very early. Let's see how that changes
