Spent a life-affirming weekend leading a relay team in covering 200 miles on foot in a unique event where the goal is for every team to finish at the same prescribed time on day 2, starting whenever you need to after midnight on day 1. 🏃‍♀️ Very little sleep, but an overflowing wealth of teamwork, friendship, scenery, physical and mental challenge, and just pure joy. So grateful. 😊 And exhausted. 😴 #grownostr #runstr

I know, right? Super unique. The concept of the teams converging as the relay goes on and finishing together is amazing for community building. And a nice metaphor, I think.
