It's raw footage of the cameraman and the new reporter and they are literally on the street below and there's like burnt out cars and fire trucks and stuff. It's the same journalist that reports that building 7 is going to collapse, and that everyone has been evacuated and that there's a perimeter etc. then the scene changes to a far shot and he explains that building 7, which can't be seen from the angle they show, is colllapsing on one side and is marked for demolishing.

It's an important video that dispels a lot of nonsense.

9/11 was just a well executed plan during a time when it was still possible to do so. I firmly believe that it was funded by the Qatari's and was a means to cause shift in the middle east, but intelligence agencies knew about this whole thing, but let it happen because in what ever way, they would benefit (higher budgets, survillence rights, being able to do shady shit in the name of "hunting terrorists")
