Daily Splits Routine Post-Workout

30s hold for each:

Middle Split

1. Standing hamstring stretch

2. Butterfly stretch

3. Pancake Stretch

4. Pigeon Stretch

5. Middle Split

Front Split

6. Long Lunge Stretch

7. Single Leg Foot Grab

8. Front Split

Takes less than 10mins.

Keep it simple.
