I was having a beer with my 5 year old son before work and he looked at me and said “Dad.. Why do a few old dudes decide how much money we have and we don’t have a say in it? Why is fiat currency even a concept? Am I going to be able to go to college?” I balled my eyes out.

I was talking to my 3 year old while she smoked a cigarette on her lunch break at work. She ask me, "Why do people allow these reptilian scum to abuse the Cantillon Effect?" I didn't have a good answer.
