I would say these people are extremists which is legally protected activity in America. If they are plotting or planning more violence though they become terrorists at that point.
Fair. But there is a fine line between a call to action, and free speech. This is on a very thin line imo.

To me this is over the line. If they cheer for it we should let them so they expose themselves. If they literally call for violence like they do here we should prosecute them.
Yes a call to action is not protected speech. This is criminal.
