modelling distrust is challenging, as it has different properties from positive relationships (e.g. follows).

A follow of a follow is not a stranger

yet, a mute of a mute is unclear.

It's also not obvious how to add mutes to random walk based algorithms, because probabilities are always positive, and can't be negative. Anyway, I have a plan on how to do it.
