How to buy #Bitcoin as a newbie and pay with Google Play Store?

1. Download the #Nostr client nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg

2. Sign in with your nsec or create a new profile 👤

3. Activate the build in Wallet 👛

4. Buy Bitcoin and pay with Google Play 💳

5. Done 👍

The maximum amount seems to be limited to approximately 5$. At least I wasn't able to buy more, but it is so straight forward and you can pay with your Google Play gift card, this is still highly useful to get someone started as quickly as possible!

It looks like you can only buy again when your running low on Sats (in other work 0.00) and you can't edit the amount, it's fixed to aprox 5€/$.

Still best in class experience for newbies, though!

I did join through primal first, but Amethyst seems to be functioning way smoother on my phone.

Curious isn't buying through Google play kinda like kyc?

Yes, I wouldn't buy large amounts, just for zaps.

Google Play is KYC, right. It's just convenient to get started immediately as a newbie.

When you Primal wallet is empty, it's nice option 😉

Thank you, I have primal already connected to Alby so I think I am good on that end. I think. But I still don't get how the Google play works. Not seeing any options there.

I guess, you can only top up Sats with the build in Primal Wallet. If you're connected to Alby, you'll not see the Google Pay option anymore.

Also, I don't understand how the wallet works. I just went into primal and clicked ON for Use Primal Wallet. But I don't see what else I need to do and how to connect to Google play!?
