I saw a note somewhere saying that the Nitter devs found a workaround. I haven't looked at their GitHub yet to figure out what they did though.
I'm just happy it's working.

Ah, thanks for the info. There is still quite some folk on #Twitter, whose opinion I highly value. Hopefully the workaround will last some time.
I hear you. I've got one or two dozen tweeple bookmarked and always view their profiles via #Nitter.
I wish there were an easier way of following them, rather than opening each person's profile with Nitter. Hopefully, we can get more of these folks over here.
Personally I use a RSS reader im combination with the #Nitter profile links. In my case a #Freshrss instance on my server. Works quite well, especially as I am able to display the tweets in a feed-like manner. Makes it more enjoyable to read.
Why not view them in Nostr?
