I’ve never personally done it but I think you can do a self send that’s locked to a block height at some point in the future. Then the UTXO will be unspendable until that block height is reached. Of if you’re non-technical just get nostr:npub1xkere5pd94672h8w8r77uf4ustcazhfujkqgqzcykrdzakm4zl4qeud0en and turn on Saylor mode.

I know it’s possible with ecash, and there might be a way to do it on native lightning with hold invoices but I think those are more short term (~24hrs). It’s probably possible but I’m personally not aware of any products that offer that kind of feature.
