Jamon Iberico: ham from the Iberian peninsula. Fed a diet of acorns and the resulting cured meat is nutty, rich, savory, and unlike anything else in the world
Monastrell is a grape variety often grown in Spain, with a deep color and layered flavors of black fruits (plum, blueberry, blackberry, etc), and a full/creamy body (mouthfeel).
Delicious is a perfect way to say it
