is it so much to ask? for stability enough, the means enough, the time enough, the space enough, to cook meals in advance on a sunday if you want to?

some want to prep for six months, others, for reasons unknown, have gathered enough for hundreds of lifetimes

is it so much to ask that on a basic level everyone can afford to prep for one week? again, if they so wish

as in: the luxury i have today

think, if you would, of the resiliency that adds on a system level

to be able to say: yea actually i can stay late and attend to that work emergency cos there is already a meal in the fridge for the kids
