Well, I found out the hard way my instant pot will only hold two tall jars and one short jar of yogurt, not two of eachβ¦
So necessity being the mother of desperate internet research, I found out you can make yogurt in a cooler!
It appears to have worked.
Went into a cooler full of water 120+ ish degrees, which eight hours later had cooled to a balmy 98.
It thickened up all right. Will find out what it tastes like soon, probably tomorrow.
