In seemingly small, but important ways, going through the discomfort and inconvenience of moving from Apple to Linux and Graphene has given me a substantially greater ability to appreciate—and actual appreciation of—freedom tech. Warts and all.

This has made the time and trouble worth it, many times over.

If you want to more deeply experience and understand what's possible and where it's all headed, I highly recommend making the switch.

I have a pixel 8 with a bar of light going down the side of the screen. Graphene loaded on it if you would want to play around or try to use it as your daily driver.
